I feel heartbroken all over again. Last week our dog died at Animal Medical Center in Amarillo. My husband and I told them we wanted a few days to decide what to do with her remains. And they told us they would keep her remains for a week. After a few days I called and told them we wanted to pick her remains up on Friday, the 7 day mark, because we wanted to bury her and get some closure. They told us that would be fine.
