Called to make an appointment told them what was going on with both of our babes and was told to bring them in to be checked. Upon bringing them in to the office my husband asked before anything was done if there would be any additional charges beside our pup plan we already pay monthly and the tech told him he would check and never came back in the room. After waiting my husband was finally brought a steroid for our male dogs ear (female played rough and got him) and some medication for our female to help with her peeing ... read more

Horrible care! I took my pregnant French bulldog in and the vet that checked her stated she didn’t do reproductive health. But she did a X-ray anyway and said my dog was not as far along as I thought!!! But I would need to come in every day for the next 2 weeks for X-ray! Each time would cost 300-400. Needless to say c-section was done somewhere else and 8 healthy puppies

The staff and the doctors are really nice and helpful. My only problem is that they don't tell you about the hidden costs until after the procedures. For an example, I signed up my two cats for the $20 Paw plan and after I Saw the vet doctor, they told me there was a $50 membership fee for each cat so instead of it costing me $40, I paid $150. Same thing also applied when I had my dog neutered. They put the wrong cone on him after his surgery and when I went back to get the correct con they charged me $15 for their mistake. ... read more

My close family member had taken her Frenchie to have a c section. Due to their negligence her beloved Evee had passed away later that same day! Beware! #justiceforEvee
Beware, my good friends lost their beloved pup due to the negligent surgical practice and customer service that was provided by them. No one should ever lose their little loved ones because of places or Drs like this that care so little!

Terrible!!! Absolutely disgusting. tries to cover up mistakes and does not own up to them when killing your pet!
I want to warn other about a dangerous vet in town please avoid taking your loved pets there at all cost. Animal Medical Center killed my French bulldog. Evee went in for a routine C section Saturday at 1. Dr. Hardy assured me that there were no complications and everything went well with the procedure. And proceed to charge me double what a routine C section cost just because it was a Saturday but mind you they were open on their normal operating hours.
