We have been long time patients here. Well today I called bc my hound was in a lot of pain & wouldn’t eat (she NEVER misses a meal). The receptionist said come on in, we are full but will work you in. I understand that, we will wait our turn. We get there & there is NOT ONE other patient there. We get called back quickly only to be left sitting in the room for over an hour. The doctor went out of her way to make sure we knew that we didn’t have an appointment. They practice the horrible and barbaric mutilation of amputation of toes that they refer to as declaw! Educate yourself about it!!

I researched different clinics in Amarillo for weeks before I decided to take my dog here. I was convinced that they would be wonderful, since there seemed to be so many 5 star reviews and happy customers. My dog stopped eating, drinking, and was acting very sick one day. I took him in to this clinic and Dr. Hardy prescribed antibiotics. I went back the next day because he still wasn't eating. She did X-rays and told me he needed surgery that afternoon, due to a foreign object that was located in his intestine. She also gui... read more

Our pets are our children. The doctors and staff get that!! We have never left their office with doubt, not understanding or disappointment. Our Muddy Waters (5 yrs), Ellie Mae (2 yrs) and we are blessed to have found them when Muddy was a puppy as we were very disappointed with the clinic we initially had chosen for his care!!!
