I want to warn other about a dangerous vet in town please avoid taking your loved pets there at all cost. Animal Medical Center killed my French bulldog. Evee went in for a routine C section Saturday at 1. Dr. Hardy assured me that there were no complications and everything went well with the procedure. And proceed to charge me double what a routine C section cost just because it was a Saturday but mind you they were open on their normal operating hours. Super disappointed in lack of communication , we went in for shots that we thought we needed and come to find out he did not need any for a few more weeks. Instead of having us wait 2-3 more weeks and inform us this they went ahead and saw us and charged us for an exam that was not needed. One of the front ladies said I should have been told this upon check in and was not, and then transferred me to another lady who did not seem to even care. We were first time visitors and new to the area and we will not be returning.

I loved this place for my bunny! Super friendly and loved on my little guy. I was a walk-in for my little kitten who had some eye issues and the assistant that first helped us was fabulous. He really cared for my baby. Then an hour and a half passes and there was not a word from any one else. I was getting really nervous being that the last information I received was that he might have vision loss at 2 months old. We have been long time patients here. Well today I called bc my hound was in a lot of pain & wouldn’t eat (she NEVER misses a meal). The receptionist said come on in, we are full but will work you in. I understand that, we will wait our turn. We get there & there is NOT ONE other patient there. We get called back quickly only to be left sitting in the room for over an hour. The doctor went out of her way to make sure we knew that we didn’t have an appointment. They practice the horrible and barbaric mutilation of amputation of toes that they refer to as declaw! Educate yourself about it!!
