RecommendedI am so grateful to Dr Bichsel and the wonderful staff. I went to my regular veterinarian and they called Animal Emergency to alert them I was coming with Gianni (Pomerania) who was having a neurological problem. I rushed my Gianni to the emergency where I was met by staff and rushed in. I met Dr Bichsel the neurologist after he had assessed Gianni he was very friendly, funny and reassuring that Gianni would get the best care if I left him there for a brain MRI, scans and other test. RecommendedEveryone was very helpful and caring. My dog needed to be seen by a neurologist as she was having seizures. She was at another vet at the time, and ASEC advised me to have the current vet to refer her to Dr. Bishell, which I did. The doctor was great - gave me the best and worse case scenarios and scheduled MRI and other diagnostic tests. I felt good leaving her in their care. RecommendedSadly our fur-son was attacked by another dog while at doggy daycare. The staff took him to this ER facility. Obviously, as fur-parents we were a mess! But the staff and doctors made a horrible situation calming. The staff was so patient and caring, and each doctor we encountered completely knowledgeable! We cannot say enough positive comments about this facility. 5 stars to take care of fur-family!
