RecommendedSuper sweet and gentle staff. Up front about procedure that had to be done and no hidden fees. I was informed of charges before and there was no surprise. Clean place.
Great team. They took amazing care of our Cali and did a wonderful job. They kept me informed every step of the way. We ended up needing two different problems fixed and they took care of everything all in one surgery. Their prices seem a little high, but it’s about the same as what we would have paid going to multiple visits with our primary. Every team member was compassionate and helpful, even with our very fearfully aggressive pup. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or go to them again if we have another emergency.

From the time I walked in the door with my best friend, Mia to the time I checked out, their customer service, care and understanding was out of this world excellent! She’s already feeling better with meds and extra snuggles. I asked her, “Do you feel better since you visited the doctor today?” This is her huge smile as a thank you and a BIG YES! Thank you to the front desk staff, tech and vet for helping my best buddy.
Thank you very much for the gentle care you gave to our Sweet Pea while in your care Dr Beale. We are still so sad without her sweet personality and unconditional love but grateful she went peacefully because of you. What a fantastic staff! Super efficient, patient and caring. Our vet even got down on the floor with my pup! Unfortunate situation but the staff made it so much better. Special shout out to Ashley!
Having to make the decision to euthanize your pet is one of the most agonizing decisions a pet owner will have to face. I cannot commend the staff of Animal Specialty enough for the care and compassion they gave to my family during this process. Thank you for treating our Piper as if she were your own. We will always appreciate you.
