RecommendedEveryone was very helpful and caring. My dog needed to be seen by a neurologist as she was having seizures. She was at another vet at the time, and ASEC advised me to have the current vet to refer her to Dr. Bishell, which I did. The doctor was great - gave me the best and worse case scenarios and scheduled MRI and other diagnostic tests. I felt good leaving her in their care. RecommendedSadly our fur-son was attacked by another dog while at doggy daycare. The staff took him to this ER facility. Obviously, as fur-parents we were a mess! But the staff and doctors made a horrible situation calming. The staff was so patient and caring, and each doctor we encountered completely knowledgeable! We cannot say enough positive comments about this facility. 5 stars to take care of fur-family!

RecommendedA week ago I brought my cat Nala in she had had stopped eating and unfortunately it was worse case and we had to say goodbye the staff was professional, compassionate, and amazing. I was amazed to even receive a beautiful sympathy card a few days later. It was a tough day but they honored her and took care of Nala and Us as well.

RecommendedIt was a good experience for Teddy and I . Not so much for Teddy since he needed to go to the er. The veterinary nurse and veterinarian treated him immediately. The accessed The situation and let me know what options there were for treatment . The were both kind and compassionate. I would take Teddy there again if we ever have another emergency situation .
