The staff we amazing to my family and my Snicker Doodle. They are very caring, compassionate and understanding!! The call and card after was so kind as well. It meant a lot!!! Thank you so much for loving our babies as much as we do!!
Recent our dog, Puddles, was seen by our regular vet and they couldn't treat his acute issues and we headed over the the hospital. Our puddles and entire family were treated so kindly by every member of the staff from the administration, to the technicians and the vet. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and so thankful for their treatment of our beloved Puddles.

My little fog was craving on an ant look er and got a small piece stuck in her throat. This is the best place to being your best friend in an emergency. The employees and doctors explain everything that needs to be done to help your best friend. Thank you for helping my dog.
I came here anxiously thinking that my pup might not make it the next 24hrs.. And since this is an emergency center, I was bracing for impersonal attitudes and fully expecting to be rushed. But that's not at all what we got! The entire staff were so kind, positive, and compassionate! And while we did have to wait quite a while to be seen (we had to wait but our pup was looked over & not the most urgent emergency there, so I didn't mind waiting at all!!) when we were seen the staff was caring & very thorough. A special thanks to Dr. Beale for helping us to make the difficult decision in putting Max, our Schnauzer, to rest this past Wednesday...and more importantly to reassure us that we were making the right choice.
