The morning of July 11th I brought to you my sweet boy who unfortunately suffered a gun shot wound and severe spinal cord injury. An injury he received from the bastard that lives behind me. From the moment I walked in the doors with my boy the staff was incredible. We couldn't be more grateful for the way we were treated. EVERYONE....from the front desk, to assistants, techs, Drs, and surgeons were extremely friendly, understanding, patient and helpful! They made sure I was comfortable in understanding everything, from the process, procedure, estimates, and discharge instructions. If I ever had another need for it, I would definitely go back to have my furry family member taken good care of. Thank you to ask the staff!

Had my two fur babies at dog spot hotel for 9 days and picked them up yesterday to find this nasty, infected, long gash on Zeros thigh and apparently no one there saw it... even during his bath?! So we went to Critical Care to have him looked at. All of the employees were very compassionate and concerned. Even though our situation wasn't life threatening, they treated Zero very timely and explained everything as they were doing it. We will definitely be returning!!
