Brought my puppy in after she vomited and became lethargic, they were very quick to get me in and staff was nice. The vet on the other hand had no bed side manner and no compassion. Acted like I overreacted bringing her in but yet still wanted me to run tests. If I hadn’t been so upset that I did something wrong with her, I would have made my opinion clear that evening. Overall glad they were there and my girl is ok, and that’s ABSOLUTELY all that matters!

Initially I came in for my cat. He had a laundry list of issues and all the staff was helpful. Amongst his stay I had terrible news where one family member passed away and while waiting to get news about my cats results I got news about another dying and only has a few months to live. At the clinic they were really willing to work on billing and try to help me with my cat as much as they could and managed to save him. A day or so later he got released and they gave me a bunch of medicine to help him. After a little over a we... read more

We brought our cat Friday morning with seizures and was was dying. The nurse was kind but the vet Amber Davidson was heartless and non-compassionate. She pretty much said I overdosed my cat with diabetic insulin making her worse. However, after speaking with my vet that was not the case. This place caused me more heartache than necessary during a difficult time for our family. No body should be told they harmed their fur baby. Will never be back!!

Saturday at 11am our dog gets a cut to the bone about 2 inches. Contact them and are told sorry can’t help you. Total lack of any concern for our dog. Had no offer of help. I cannot express what a disappointment this place is.

On Tuesday (9/1/21) night we brought our cat Jax in with bad symptoms. We thoroughly explained that he hadn't gone to the bathroom, wouldn't eat or drink, and had remained in laying position and for the most part wouldn't stand or walk (even when he would stand he had an unnatural gate). I am not an animal doctor, but I know that when a male cat can't urinate, he IS critical. They knew this information, but just because Jax happened to be standing inside of his crate because he was scared instead of laying on his side like h... read more

My dog was admitted with a low grade mass on his tail. He was in a lot of pain so his tail had to be amputated. I want to say thank you to Dr. Goett, Manuela Woodin, Wesley, Kirsten Coyle and staff for taking good care of Ziggie. I was given and update on his condition every time I called and that assured me my dog was in good hands. Thank you ALL. On October 13. took my dog for he was in pain he was given a shot later that afternoon he died. This hospital has gone down hill
