One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinarian. Just the pricing alone is something they should really evaluate. We had taken our dog when she got sick. They barely gave us any options other than to do tests. The costs for the TESTING let me repeat myself JUST TO TEST TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG was a whopping $3,000. That crazy amount of money just to do testing to see what was wrong. Due to our financial issues we had to go with a cheaper option which was to take her home with some meds and IV fluids. We are very sorry for your loss of Lily. We understand how truly hard it is to lose a beloved pet. We did find a less expensive estimate for diagnostics and additional oral medications ranging from $312-$403 which was declined. Unfortunately, without diagnostic testing, we can not diagnose. Without a diagnosis, we can not treat accordingly. Again, we are very sorry for your loss and our thoughts are with your family.
What a great place doctors and staff are amazing can’t thank enough for taking care of my Scottie!!!!!
Never again will I take my pets here. Money hungry and taking advantage of people in a desperate time of need, don't see how you sleep at night! I hope some other emergency vet opens soon to close this place down.

That place is the worst place ever.. they make you believe they have your pets best interest, but it's all about the money, I used all my savings and charged all my credit cards to the max, my little guy spent 2 nights in that place they over medicated him, put a feeding tube in, went to pick him up to take him home, said they didn't have the discharge papers ready so while we were waiting for them we stayed with our little guy patting him telling him everything was going to be okay, we were talking to the Doctor and in mid... read more
