This place is overpriced and suggest surgeries and stuff that the dog or animal does not need. I came here at 12:35 on a Saturday during other normal business hours of vets. I then got an overpriced estimate of $1,500 to take care of two dog bite wounds... I then paid $100 and left and went to Aloha and spent $150 for pain meds antibiotic and zero of the procedures this place suggested! Very kind, always took the time to explain any charges prior to doing any procedure. We left there feeling much better about our Golden's health and medicine to help her tummy to get back on track. I would have no hesitations on recommending people to take their fur babies here.
your staff is the worst I have ever encountered. The front staff are rude and the vet, Kim, is so condescending. The only thing this place worries about is how much they can get away with charging you. The young man who was checking us out was so rude, my husband and I were appalled. When we asked him why they needed to do an ultrasound, his answer was and I quote,"You didn't want us to stab her in the liver did you."
