Boo hiss you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting the way you treat people and call it fine veterinary card!

Business response:

Hi Denise, we are sad to hear you didn’t have a good experience. We are a very caring group of animal advocates and it is always our priority to make sure our clients are taken care of.

It was the worst service and experience ever. I’ve been a vet tech and a reputable top show dog breeder and exhibitor and AKC judge for over 37 years now. I took my girl in for an emergency c section. They failed to tell me in the beginning that they have no vet/ surgeon on staff. This is an “emergency clinic!!!” They have to call in a surgeon and staff to assist with surgery and that happens on the surgeon’s schedule and discretion. They took $3700 before they even administered any help. They did not give an oxytocin shot a... read more

They are rude at the front desk. My daughter got accused of going to the bathroom in the parking lot. When we asked to see the cameras they said oh we don’t have it. And they gave us our dog back didn’t do the procedure that they were going to do for she had a bad heart. Something could’ve happened. It was just not professional at all. And then they told us they were trespassed From there when we were just sitting and eating something in the car. And my daughter got out and walked around the corner to the dumpster and threw ... read more

They can improve by simply doing the right thing ..which is treating furbaby emergencies not upselling unnecessary procedures and wanting thousands up front before treating your pet and hiring staff with some common decency and compassion for furbaby parents in their time of need!

Business response:

Hi Corinne, we are sorry you feel this way. Please feel free to reach out to our management team to discuss your experience at 321-725-5365

Rude and unprofessional staff . Diedre is not only rude and unprofessional but uncompassionate as well. Took my registered service dog there after he ate a partial tube of Voltarin gel. Not only was I and my dog treated awfully. They tried to upsell unnecessary services and treatment to the tune of 2000 to 4000 dollars. I made it clear that I was on SSDI and had limited income. They told me to bring him in and they would try to help him. Not only was the front desk but the vet himself Dr. Barchard came outside and threatened... read more

They charged me over $2,100 to help my dog and still gave me No reason why she had bloody diarrhea! Then, had the nerve to tell me that if I took her home that she may die! Seriously, that could have happened while she was in their "care" !! I will NEVER use this fake emergency hospital again!!!

Business response:

Hi Michelle, please give our management a call as soon as possible at 321-725-5365 so we can go over with you the diagnostics performed on your dog and answer any questions you may have.

A great place for after hours emergencies !!! When you really don’t want your pets condition to worsen while waiting to get an appointment and it’s already after hours. My Min-Pin had a UTI that came on suddenly and she’s diabetic so I didn’t want to take any chances by waiting 🐾❤️Thanks again for the care 🐾❤️🐶

Business response:

Thank you for your generous feedback, Laurie! We really appreciate you taking the time to review us!

I took my 2 year old chihuahua there at 6 am because she was in active labor with a sac hanging out from her and the babies were too big to deliver. The CVT named Desiree was the most cold hearted and rude vet tech I ever had experienced. Before we came in there, I called to speak to someone about bringing my baby in, and when we arrived, this person rolled her eyes at us when we walked in the door. Basically, we were told the dog needed a csection that would cost thousands and thousands of dollars and to apply for CareCredi... read more
