I would never recommend this place to an enemy let anyone who truly cares about the health, safety and well being of their fur family. Save yourself the money, and most importantly your time, when dealing with an emergency for your pet and AVOID this place at all costs. This review is strictly intended for Dr Bichsel. The nurses and staff are amazing. Today I made a follow up visit for my pet. I visited Dr Bichsel last month for a rear leg condition. Dr. Bichsel prescribed 4 meds for my pet, which really did a number in him…he was whining, belching and panting. We made a decision to cut back the dosage on meds and the issues went away.
