They built a pool for me. It is perfect. I just called in and let them know what I needed done and they came out and built my pool. They listened to everything I wanted specifically and they built it exactly how I wanted it built. From beginning to end, I lead the project and what needed to be done. It was wonderful.
Installed in ground pool and spa. It worked out very well. I was very pleased. Aaron Dumas is very responsive and accommodating to my needs.
They built an inground pool for us in the spring of 2015. . It went really well. We are very satisfied. Our sales rep was Aaron Dumas and he was exceptional. He went through the entire process and was very meticulous with designing the pool. He was receptive to our requests and modifications we wanted to do. He completed it in a timely fashion. They dug out and installed a new in-ground pool. They work and price was excellent. They worked very hard and did a lot for us. They gave us everything that other companies would not give for the price of the pool. Scheduling was done very well; the only mishap we had was when it rained for about 5 weeks straight. Once that was over, it all went very well. They anticipated that it would take about 5-7 days to dig the hole and they dug it out in one day. They really went above and beyond.
The project manager was Derek ** and he was very professional. We felt that he was just very diligent to try to correct anything when the ball might have been dropped like when initial digging of the pool was not the right level and all that kind of stuff. Any time we made a phone call to Derek, he always found an answer and the resource and got back to us about that, so we were very pleased with that. We looked at several different companies and my wife whittled them down to the top three rated in Texas. We asked three different companies to give us a quote and come over. Anthony & Sylvan pretty much stepped up to the plate and did what they needed to do or what we wanted anyway. Warranty issue - leak fix. They repaired the leak just fine. Crew came out quickly and it has not leaked since! Always do outstanding service for us! They bend over backwards to make sure we were happy!
