I hired them to build a pool. It went great, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Pool installation, then two follow-up warranty repairs. We talked with two neighbors who used this company and had similar installation conditions, i.e. rocky, sloping yards. They built a 15 x 45 foot in-ground swimming pool. I have been in the business of general contracting & developing for over 40 years, with that being said I would have hired their company salesman and superintendent. They were so good as far as communicating, explaining & details of how the job was going. They walked me through the final phase & left me with a fantastic pool!
I used Anthony & Sylvan Pools for getting our pool done. They did a lot of patio and decking to go with it. It took a little longer because of the rains and it was more at our discretion. They had to navigate around existing things to do the job and they did a good job. We built this house last year and we had the interest of putting in a pool since we had one a while back. Anthony & Sylvan were recommended to us by a couple of our neighbors since they had their pools put in by them. Our pool now is in free form and comes with a hot tub. I like the way it looks in our backyard because we have a very naturally looking landscape. We're on an acre lot, so the design of it is really nice. Anthony & Sylvan built us an in-ground pool in solid Hill Country rock. ' on schedule, on budget, professionally! It has been great. The only thing that has delayed the progress has been the terrible Spring rains that have created delays. Every date that was estimated was hit on schedule unless rain precluded it. If you're considering a pool, we recommend you do this: get at least three bids from known good pool companies, but BE SURE TO INCLUDE ANTHONY & SYLVAN. You will be pleased at what you find. I got bids from 4 different local pool companies but felt most comfortable with the people of Anthony & Sylvan. I was very wowed by their advances in technology when it came to the pools themselves. We had a free form, salt water pool made. One of the things that I'm excited about is the in-floor, cleaning system, where it does not require me to have to vacuum the pool or get out there with all the hoses.
