We drove by Anthony & Sylvan's office, stopped in and thought their pools were pretty. And after doing our research, we like what they got for the price. We've always wanted a pool and we recently moved into a new house where we have a room to put in one. I did a lot of research online and had a consultant from Anthony and Sylvan come in. He had a lot of knowledge about our septic tank, and told us how things were going to have to be moved and the cost. That helped us a lot and that's why we chose to go with them. While we were building our house for about a year, we knew we wanted to have a pool. Anthony & Sylvan were out in our area which is a small town so that got my attention. We had a pool in our previous house so when we built this house, we were going get a pool for it. We were from the Northeast so we were very familiar with Anthony & Sylvan. My husband also used them 30 years ago so they were on our list to interview. After we chose them, we had to switch project managers and when we did, we had a great experience. Collin was wonderful. A friend had their pool put in by Anthony & Sylvan and she gave me the name of the salesperson. They've all been great although we had a couple hiccups along the way in terms of communication. This is the only time we've ever gotten a pool. Weeks go by and nothing happens and nobody's calling to tell what's going on which is irritating. But other than that, everything was fine. We had ours in free form and my favorite part is the hot tub. Now I enjoy just having the family together out in the backyard.
They installed a custom pools. First off, their salesman, Dave Rothwell, was exceptional from the first appointment to completion of the pool. Their project managers were also fantastic. Every aspect of the process was extremely well managed. They exceeded expectations and the overall process was painless and extremely enjoyable.
Sealed and filled in spaces in the coping. It went very well. The job met our expectations.
Construction of a swimming pool. It was built to our satisfaction. Construction proceeded through the winter. We have been enjoying our pool ever since.
