The quality of the pool by Anthony & Sylvan is good. The staff in the store are on top of any questions that I have when I go to get chemicals in opening the pool. They got everything I need and it's all good. However, the caulking around my pool pavers stain and it gets molds on after the cover is on it. It's not pretty to look at and it's tough to clean, so I wasn't impressed with that service. But, the caulking does its job and it's better than the styrofoam.

The staff of Anthony & Sylvan Pools was very knowledgeable. They were able to fix my problem. They were able to diagnose my chemicals issue. I had very high nitrate and I wasn't able to get the algae out of my pool and the staff gave me instructions on how to do that and now my pool is crystal clear. I'm happy with the experience.

Anthony & Sylvan had installed our pool, so they closed it and we wanted them to open it for the first year so if anything went wrong, they'd be held accountable. The pool itself looks nice. But their coordination during the install and their communication were lacking. When we were evaluating and choosing the company that we were gonna go with, one of the things that they showed us was quality control, a schedule and a plan. The house that we bought had an Anthony & Sylvan pool in it already. We did a bunch of work last year and had it all completely renovated. We also purchased all new filtration and pumps which we had installed. This year, we purchased a pool heater and had them install it. We also had them open the pool and we wanna keep using them. Everybody seems really nice and they actually seem like they care.

We searched for concrete pools in our area on a search engine and used Anthony & Sylvan for equipment maintenance as well as the opening and closing. They're knowledgeable about what they're doing. They've also been very helpful when we needed an issue corrected over the phone.

Anthony & Sylvan put our pool in and we always talk to them when they come to open and close it. I like that they know our pool.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool and I also used their services for opening and closing. I like that they have been prompt if I call for something. Their team answered any questions that I had and the interaction with them was good.

Anthony & Sylvan had set my pool in 2005. So far, I've used them for opening, closing and maintenance work on my pool. Their reps were very pleasant and very easygoing. They always tried to work with us as far as what our concerns are and how they could help us to take care of whatever problem we might be having with our pool. So, I like working with them.
