We have an Anthony & Sylvan pool, then we had it renovated and they gave us a $250 gift card. Their staff was very helpful and they had the products that we needed.
My pool was installed by Anthony & Sylvan then my wife worked with one of their locations up in Pennsylvania and we also had them over to close the pool for us. The store that I go to is the most convenient and it's closest to my work. The store staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful. They're cordial and nice and they help answer our questions. Anthony & Sylvan is fairly close to where we live so we turn to them for our pool needs. We used them for service for two weeks while we were out of town.
We bought a Sylvan pool almost 30 years ago, and we've been using their products ever since. We also had Anthony & Sylvan remodel our pool three years ago. Their reps are good and very knowledgeable people, and they help me a lot. They know me and I know them, and we have a very good rapport. We even joke around. I take my water sample to them, they check my pool, and they tell me what I need. I also ask them questions about certain things and products.
The staff at the Anthony & Sylvan store are knowledgeable and very eager to help. I got some chemicals for the pool that Anthony & Sylvan installed and they made sure that we picked the right type and we put in the right amount to take care of our problem. They're really good about taking care of everything that we need.
I've been using Anthony & Sylvan's service for 15 years or more and I've had problems but they remedied them. They've done the pool opening, closing, maintenance, replacement of my coping ceramic and water tests. Alex is amazing and Daniel on the service side is just very good.
