When I moved into my house the existing pool owner told me he has always gone with Anthony & Sylvan pool. So I used them as well for pool services as well. I like working with them. I deal with Fred, Don and Vince, who is the lead technician, and they have been excellent. I had a little problem at the beginning of the season with one of the technicians but it was resolved by them by sending Vince out. Vince then was able to remedy the situation and help me troubleshoot a lot of issues that I had going on.

I had bought this house and Anthony & Sylvan put the pool in. I use them for seasonal opening and closing services as well and they were friendly.

We had Anthony & Sylvan put our pool in. We also have used their pool services for opening and closing, getting our water tested and putting on the safety cover. Denise and Vince were wonderful. The only issue we had was we put a new pump in last week and they were gonna send somebody out to give us some estimate but that never happened. Ironically, the pump died that day. I called back and they were able to service it within 24 hours. So, we were happy about that.

We use Anthony & Sylvan for opening and closing services. I recently had knee surgery so I wasn't able to get out to get pool chemicals for the first few months of the season. When I had called, they were more than happy to just have those delivered in the van with the pool opening supplies, which was very helpful.

I used Anthony & Sylvan for opening and closing the pool. The person who did it explained everything about my pool and its price too. It's easy working with them because I have the store near me. But, it's taking a long time when they make the pool.

Anthony & Sylvan has a good reputation. We used them to install the pool. And we have them for the opening and closing. They do exactly what they say they're gonna do. They have scheduled date and they are always there on that date. Their customer service is excellent. I just recently had a bad experience with some other company not related to the pool, but it makes you appreciate the good customer service from the companies that do provide it. We went through about three different other pool companies and we picked Anthony & Sylvan to build our pool. We used their pool services for openings and closings. Working with them has been very easy and convenient. Their team has always been very helpful with the water testing and helping with keeping the pool out of the chemicals to where they should be.

This is our 2nd year with our pool and we have Anthony & Sylvan to our openings and closings. They've been providing quality service. On the other hand, we're supposed to have someone call us about the caulking around our tile around the pool. A man spoke with my husband a couple of days ago and said they hope to get it done this week or next, but we don't have a date when they would come.

Anthony & Sylvan installed my pool and though we've had some issues in the past, Daniel has done a good job. However, they are the most expensive company to work with, and I've shopped around getting pool supplies and chemicals from other places because of that. But they know the business and do a very professional job.
