Anthony and Sylvan installed out pool last year. Quality of work or our project was top notch. Last week I had an issue with our salt system and after one year I was able to text our salt school guy (Geoff) directly and he was able to talk me through fixing our issue. The only open issue we have is a warranty to replace one of our lights but I am confident they will get it resolved.

There were four stages to our renovation: Demolition, coping and tile, plaster, and finally mastic. All the crews were very well coordinated, professional, and they worked very efficiently. The only complaint I had was there was no communication with us. Anthony & Sylvan provided the complete contract and never came to us for any additional money. We wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old pool and get something fresher since its tiles aren't around anymore. I called three different companies, but Anthony & Sylvan gave me the best price, and I liked the fellow that I dealt with. He showed us a lot of pictures of different things that we liked. Anthony & Sylvan send flyers in through the mail for anything that needs to be renovated so I went with them. Since they installed the pool it’s the best choice to do. I had them replastered the pool because I probably would have had to redo it in another two years. We took care of everything at the same time. Our pool looks brand new and beautiful all over again. When I was researching 14 years ago, Anthony & Sylvan were the best that I found on the internet so I had them build my pool and now we are renovating with them. The renovation design consultant from them came over and I showed him the stress cracks and other things that needed to be done. He told me that what I was looking at was nothing that needed to be repaired right away. We recently went with Anthony and Sylvan to put in a heated in-ground gunite pool with raised spa/hot tub. They did a great job! The pool is amazing and we couldn't be happier. Jobs like these are not easy to do - a lot can go wrong - and making sure you pick the right company is the biggest key to success. The team and Anthony and Sylvan really know what they're doing - the price was reasonable and everyone was very professional. Glad we chose A&S to do our pool.

I purchased a pool from Anthony and Sylvan in 2017 and since day one had problems with plasters. I have been patiently allowing them to make right on their warranty. After they wasted 7 years of my life and pool enjoyment, they are fraudentely stating they are not fixing the plaster they applied incorrectly since day one alleging, I did not keep the property water chemistry, but somehow it took them 7 years to make that determination. ******** customers service after pool is build. Terrible experience and customer experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I had our entire pol redone; concrete, tiling, coping, mastic etc. 4 years ago. There were large holes in 5 of the coping bricks when they were finished. I tried for 3 years to get someone to come out and fix them while it was still under warranty and NO ONE would call me back or help me with this.
