Terrible experience and customer experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I had our entire pol redone; concrete, tiling, coping, mastic etc. 4 years ago. There were large holes in 5 of the coping bricks when they were finished. I tried for 3 years to get someone to come out and fix them while it was still under warranty and NO ONE would call me back or help me with this. Worst decision I made was to go with this company. They have been nothing short of false promises and terrible scheduling. I signed a contract last August 2024. Had so many issues with the sales person drafting a contract that was not in line with what we discussed or proposed. For example wrote it as a chlorine pool rather than Salt water. I almost walked away losing 5K deposit but proceed after being told that we were on track after the project manager quit by one the district managers. So I proceeded. Look at the reviews they dont lie ********************************************** I shouldve never used this company from the beginning the first problem I had I shouldve just sued them. We had a gunite pool originally installed in 2017. We had to have it replastered in 2018 which was disappointing. Now in 2025, we have had to redo the coping and pool tile due to the poor installation and water seepage behind the coping. AND we just learned while this work was being done that the bond under the plaster didn't hold, the floor of the pool is cracking and the walls are hollow. Anthony & Sylvan Pools Poor Workmanship, Warranty Denial, and Disregard for Accountability Four years after installation, our pool began falling apart: hundreds of tiles came loose, the wall behind them deteriorated, and leaks damaged the surrounding deck. The Review:I had Anthony & Sylvan pools do a renovation for our pool to replace cracked tiles. They said the coping also need to be replaced or the tiles would crack again. So long story short, we went with it. It cost a total of $12,150, plus an additional $2,000 for related work (pool refill and auto cover handling). Three years later the new tiles started cracking. Cancel, pay the penalty if you mustitll save you endless frustration and wasted time. I wish I had.Absolutely terrible experience. I had Anthony & Sylvan build my beautiful new pool in 2019 we are now in 2025 and my copping around pool looks like crap. It’s all chipped and cracked, and the reason to that is because Anthony & Sylvan uses all cheap crap to make pools. I spent $90k to build my new beautiful pool so me and my family can enjoy but with in few years it looks like crap.
