There are some situations that sometimes make us feel a deep disappointment and make us wonder what happened to honesty. My latest dealing with Anthony Sylvan Pools is one of them so is ***************** by extension.I should have learned my ****** and steered as far away from them as I could but I did not, thinking that the mistake was the workers and applied the concept of second chances and recently asked Anthony Sylvan Pools to make a new pool cover for me. Do not use them!!!!! We hired Anthony Sylvan Pools to resurface our pool, redo our tile and coping. In the process of doing such they caused problems with our skimmer and we have been unable to reach anybody for over two weeks. Our project manager is going through some personal stuff so nobody can help me and I am sitting here with an incomplete project. Terrible customer service. I have tried for 3 years to have someone look at my pool or even answer a phone call or email. The pool developed cracks less than 1 year after we had the pool completely renovated. I have a warranty number but it does no good if someone from the company doesnt follow though on the warranty. Workmanship was shoddy. I would not recommend dealing with Anthony/Sylvan. Expect to pay lots on money with no warranty on their work.

I chose *********************************************** largely based on their warranty of the pool shell. Sounds all great until you have a problem. Our pool was built 7 years ago and we've had leaks ever since. Every time I contact them they drag out the entire process, each time taking months! They send a repair crew who isn't even knowledgeable about the location of the detected leaks. They ****** out and nobody checks a thing. I was excited to begin this project in late May 2023 and was pleased with how everything begun. However, a few weeks after the project start, the crew stopped showing up as promised, I was told that I had not made payments that I had receipts for and other mishaps. This was annoying but I let it go. At the point of coping, the project manager quit and I was not notified by anyone. I purchased a pool last year from Anthony and Sylvan pools The pool is 20 ft x 60 ft and approximately ****** gallons The heater is 406BTU according to guidelines from heater vendors we should have a 6000 BTU heater I have volunteered. To pay the difference between the inappropriate sized heater and a new one and they are no longer discussing this with me. Horrible experience. AVOID at all costs. I referred several clients to this company and am embarrassed that I did. They completed a new pool in 2023, for which the client paid a substantial amount, and they have had nothing but issues since. We submitted the first warranty claim for the pump, and it took over a week to even get a responseno one ever showed up, and we had to pay out of pocket. Started pool construction during September 2023 and still waiting to have the project finished on 15 May 2024. Told originally that the pool would be complete in 8 weeks!!! After 8 months finally got water in the pool. Coping was installed incorrectly and when subcontractor came to fix the issue, he brought no coping bricks and used only the leftover bricks from the first attempt. This experience has been anything but ethical and professional. Lets start with the first sales person I worked with (*******). She told me they were so busy that A&S required an architectural approved diagram and referred me to their partner to get that accomplished quickly which spent $5K. Then she ghosted me and I was told that she was in cahoots with the architecture firm.
