The sales guy did a great job selling us on A&S, but the claims about great customer service weren't true. There was a crack in our plaster from day one- before we were even cleared to swim in the pool- and five years and 70 emails later, the plaster issue is still not fixed, and has gotten worse. The crack is so large and now extends half the length of the pool. Avoid this company at any cost:- they are way more expensive than any of their competitor - they are unable to meet deadlines - their construction, installation and communication quality is laughably bad.I have made the mistake to contract them to renovate my pool, including equipment (pump, filter, heater, salt chlorination and automation) - I signed in early March and its still not completed as of start of July.First the equipment they installed (Jandy aqualink PDA) is NOT what I paid for (aqualink RS) and obviously doesnt... read more

Stay away ! They subcontract everything , are accountable for nothing. They over designed the filter system and were disaster in scheduling and procuring during the project. Do not ?? use them !!!

There are some situations that sometimes make us feel a deep disappointment and make us wonder what happened to honesty. Do not use them!!!!! We hired Anthony Sylvan Pools to resurface our pool, redo our tile and coping. In the process of doing such they caused problems with our skimmer and we have been unable to reach anybody for over two weeks. Our project manager is going through some personal stuff so nobody can help me and I am sitting here with an incomplete project. Terrible customer service. I have tried for 3 years to have someone look at my pool or even answer a phone call or email. The pool developed cracks less than 1 year after we had the pool completely renovated. I have a warranty number but it does no good if someone from the company doesnt follow though on the warranty. Workmanship was shoddy. I would not recommend dealing with Anthony/Sylvan. Expect to pay lots on money with no warranty on their work.

I chose *********************************************** largely based on their warranty of the pool shell. Sounds all great until you have a problem. Our pool was built 7 years ago and we've had leaks ever since. Every time I contact them they drag out the entire process, each time taking months! They send a repair crew who isn't even knowledgeable about the location of the detected leaks. They ****** out and nobody checks a thing. I was excited to begin this project in late May 2023 and was pleased with how everything begun. However, a few weeks after the project start, the crew stopped showing up as promised, I was told that I had not made payments that I had receipts for and other mishaps.
