Worst decision I made was to go with this company. They have been nothing short of false promises and terrible scheduling. I signed a contract last August 2024. Had so many issues with the sales person drafting a contract that was not in line with what we discussed or proposed. For example wrote it as a chlorine pool rather than Salt water. Look at the reviews they dont lie ********************************************** I shouldve never used this company from the beginning the first problem I had I shouldve just sued them. We had a gunite pool originally installed in 2017. We had to have it replastered in 2018 which was disappointing. Now in 2025, we have had to redo the coping and pool tile due to the poor installation and water seepage behind the coping. AND we just learned while this work was being done that the bond under the plaster didn't hold, the floor of the pool is cracking and the walls are hollow. The Review:I had Anthony & Sylvan pools do a renovation for our pool to replace cracked tiles. They said the coping also need to be replaced or the tiles would crack again. So long story short, we went with it. It cost a total of $12,150, plus an additional $2,000 for related work (pool refill and auto cover handling). Three years later the new tiles started cracking. Cancel, pay the penalty if you mustitll save you endless frustration and wasted time. I wish I had.Absolutely terrible experience. I had Anthony & Sylvan build my beautiful new pool in 2019 we are now in 2025 and my copping around pool looks like crap. It’s all chipped and cracked, and the reason to that is because Anthony & Sylvan uses all cheap crap to make pools. I spent $90k to build my new beautiful pool so me and my family can enjoy but with in few years it looks like crap. They do not do any of the work themselves. They use sub-contractors, not employees. This results in nobody being on the same page, lots of small mistakes and timing mishaps. The sales guy did a great job selling us on A&S, but the claims about great customer service weren't true. There was a crack in our plaster from day one- before we were even cleared to swim in the pool- and five years and 70 emails later, the plaster issue is still not fixed, and has gotten worse.
