Considering the backyard access and the design issues of my back yard, this construction was project was a hard job. Anthony And Sylvan did everything to protect my yard and my neighbors yard. My designer John Tulley and my project Mgr Dan Dockery went above the call to make sure things went well. John took a difficult yard and designed a pool that we loved. The experience was great. Jason, our sales rep, was super easy to work with and gave us great ideas. Our final project manager, Dan, has been very responsive and and quick to answer our questions, all of them.
Everything from the design process to installation has been amazing. Questions were answered with immediate responses. We felt completely comfortable with everyone we came in contact with.
We love our new Anthony and Sylvan pool. Joe was our designer and he did an amazing job. He designed things I didn't even know I wanted just from talking to me at our first meeting. We've been enjoying the pool all summer. There were some delays during construction which can be expected from any company.
End product was a beautiful in-ground, free-form pool. Joe Angrove worked with us on several iterations of the design until we were happy with design and price of the pool. Workers were clean and courteous of the property, high quality materials used.
Joe and Dan were great! Pool looks amazing and we are very happy with everything.
Our overall experience was great. We would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone!
It went well overall. There were two mistakes made by the subcontractors: (1) they installed the wrong tile and (2) installed the wrong plaster. Both of the mistakes were promptly corrected by the A&S supervisor but my advice to potential customers is to watch each phase of the project closely and let your project manager know if there are inconsistencies, problems or mistakes. It was great. Everything was on time. There were minor delays due to the weather which was not their fault. The finish product was amazing. They have a project manger that's easy to get a hold of.
