It went well. They did a good job.They were professional and did a good job building the pool. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They built exactly what I wanted. We didn't have to worry about too much. I could call if I had a concern and it was handled.
It went great, very good customer service, walked me through every step of the way and made sure they didn't do anything with out my approval. Just a pleasant experience
It went really well. It was raining at that time but they stayed in contact with us. Price was reasonable. If you are looking for company that you can trust they are the right company.
The experience overall was great, but there was a minor setback because the sales person was not good, but when Jeff took over everything was exceptional.
They were very professional and patient. We had lots of questions and concerns that they answered professionally. We had an initial design for our pool, but they took our idea and expanded it . The pool was still in our price range but much nicer than we could have imagined. They went above and beyond. The head contractor was excellent as well. It went very well. We had an old pool they had to remove so they could put in the new one. They did a great job. The general contractor kept us up-to-date on what work was being done and who would be in to do the work with the different aspects of the job.
It went great! It was a pretty big project so we were hesitant at first. The service went completely smoothly and we had no issues.
From the get go everything went great, Jason Olcott the sales representative made the contracting go very smoothly, Jeff, the project manager was very pleasant to work with. Both were very responsive to any questions i may have had through out the process. Im so pleased with not only the employees on Anthony and Sylvan as well as the entire process that i have referred a number of people interested in pools to their establishment. If i had to do it over again I would go back to them.
