Great sales process but salesman did not tell the truth about certain materials. DO NOT PUT LIMESTONE COPING ON A SALINE POOL!!! They say it will "wear out faster," but they do not say that it will continually dissolve into the pool and drop chips of limestone into the water, staining the bottom and filling the Polaris bag every day. Sales and design were great and we were excited to build our pool. That ended the day construction was scheduled to begin when they realized typical equipment wouldn't fit and would require a mini excavator. Sales says don't worry we will eat the cost. 2 days later they say they need an additional $20,000.00 to LEASE a mini excavator for 1-2 weeks or we can cancel the contract. You could PURCHASE a mini excavator for $20,000 and typical leasing costs are $300/day to $1500/week. Now we have to figure out what to do with the l... read more
