Verified Renter I have never had to wait for maintenance to come when I send the request. I have been here for 4 years now and couldn't be happier with the way they keep the grounds and the friendliness of my neighbors in my area. The apartment is quiet and comfortable.

Verified Renter I have lived at Arbor Lakes for about 2 1/2 years and enjoy my apartment. The lay-outs offered here at Arbor Lakes are very spacious with big rooms. The kitchen has a nicer upgrade then a lot of other places we looked at. The community is dog friendly and safe. The management/ maintenance is good too!

Verified Renter Have been staying in Arbor Lake Apartments for 3 years. Very good maintenance and responsive office staff. Community has large parking lots. Very good location near to 53 and major stores. Highly recommended.

Also, the maintenance and office staff are friendly and expedient in answering any questions and fixing anything that might arise in my apartment.
