Also, the maintenance and office staff are friendly and expedient in answering any questions and fixing anything that might arise in my apartment. I know of other tenants that have lived here longer than I have and we agree that Arbor Lakes is a great place to live!
Verified Renter This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. I move a lot because I get bored of places or the community is not what I really want. But the moment I toured arbor lakes, I instantly knew it was going to be different. The office staff are always so friendly and complicated well with the residents. Great Community! Nice community, beautiful property with nature trees and water features, across the street from the Buffalo Creek forest preserve, down the street from Deer Park Shopping Center. The staff is super friendly & responsive, the property manager Bill goes above and beyond for the residents, and is very quick to respond. I highly recommend this Arlington Hts community.
