Great Community! Nice community, beautiful property with nature trees and water features, across the street from the Buffalo Creek forest preserve, down the street from Deer Park Shopping Center. The staff is super friendly & responsive, the property manager Bill goes above and beyond for the residents, and is very quick to respond. I highly recommend this Arlington Hts community.

The on site staff are friendly, helpful and energetic about responding and completing my service requests. They are helpful in many regards.Facilities (Pool, work out room,etc) are maintained and kept current. I intend to e.xtend my current lease
