Verified Renter This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. I move a lot because I get bored of places or the community is not what I really want. But the moment I toured arbor lakes, I instantly knew it was going to be different. The office staff are always so friendly and complicated well with the residents. The maintenance workers are also very nice. I have a protective dog, and they always pet her and make sure she’s okay before beginning their work. The upkeep of the property is also very great. Great Community! Nice community, beautiful property with nature trees and water features, across the street from the Buffalo Creek forest preserve, down the street from Deer Park Shopping Center. The staff is super friendly & responsive, the property manager Bill goes above and beyond for the residents, and is very quick to respond. I highly recommend this Arlington Hts community.

The on site staff are friendly, helpful and energetic about responding and completing my service requests.
