Verified Renter The maintenance team are so fast and does the job well. Whenever I request maintenance, they’ll call me right away or less than 24hrs to schedule a visit. Cruz and Jose helped me a lot with maintenance issues.

Verified Renter I have never had to wait for maintenance to come when I send the request. I have been here for 4 years now and couldn't be happier with the way they keep the grounds and the friendliness of my neighbors in my area. The apartment is quiet and comfortable.

Verified Renter I have lived at Arbor Lakes for about 2 1/2 years and enjoy my apartment. The lay-outs offered here at Arbor Lakes are very spacious with big rooms. The kitchen has a nicer upgrade then a lot of other places we looked at. The community is dog friendly and safe. The management/ maintenance is good too!
