Verified Renter Over all very happy I found this place to live, the view from my apartment is gorgeous, only thing I did not foresee was the humidity and the amount of bugs this may attract but management took care of the crawlers right away. The staff was quick in answering any questions before and after signing my lease and usually get back to you fast if there are any concerns and take care of things fairly quickly. Verified Renter Weve been here a month and we absolutely love it. We thought this place was too good to be true when we toured it, but it is 100% worth every dollar. I have never lived in a place where people really listen to your concerns and needs and address them within a day or two. If we decide to keep renting after our lease is up, we will definitely be staying.

The staff is very accommodating and responsive to the tenant's needs. The project is extremely well located to access through to both the northwest suburban areas inshort time intervals being close and adjacent to RT.53, 90, 355 and other major highways.
Verified Renter Except for Bloomington Road being a little noisy the whole community is just beautiful and well kept. The maintenance department is great and show up fast. The girls in the office always do their best to help you with any thing you need.
