Our family had an in person tour and we thought they were absolutely outstanding - we were able to meet and tour with the executive director so it was a very positive experience.

We have been satisfied with our experience at the community. This seems to be a good choice for assisted living. The staff communication with the family has been good, if we have questions about our loved one. The community is able to provide medication management, dressing, bathing and hygiene care as some of the care offered for our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The community is willing to work with the residents if they don't want to go to the dining room.

We had a good tour experience with Arbor Terrace of East Cobb but unfortunately the location was just going to be too far from family.
My dad recently moved in here and absolutely loves it. Staffing and meals and dining were our main issues at his previous facility and both of those things have been great at Arbor Terrace. I would also tell others looking that they are running a lot of summer specials right now and the value for the money is great. It has been a very positive experience.

My dad and our family has been pleased. Everybody has been quite nice and accommodating. Every time we've asked for something or have tried to make a change, they've done the best they could to accommodate any requests. The med techs have been really good with my dad. I have no complaints about the facility. The courtyard is great, and my dad loves going outside there. The room is a good size. The common areas are well decorated and well done. Arbor Terrace has been a good experience for my father who has resided there over 10 years. The delivery of messages and assistance in daily life skills are excellent. The loyalty of employees is also impressive.

My Mom has lived in a couple senior assisted living places in the Marietta area. Unfortunately the prior places did not live up to the standards that they initially promised to her as far as care and cleanliness and overall management of the facilities so we were determined to find the right fit for her needs.
