Food is great, health care average, not making sure patient is clean and dressed very poor. Based off of the experience, I would recommend them to others.

I feel some workers care. However, there is a lack of accountability and training for aids. There is a lack of ability or willingness to showcase to loved ones that their family member is being watched and cared for with the fees you are paying. They lack influence in memory care to ensure loved ones are showered per the contract. Arbor does not shower the resident regularly or ensure that they get to the table to eat. While they have MANY good people working there, who really care about the residents, we were “lied to” and had to move my Mom. I’m sharing this in hopes of preventing others from having to go through the same pains and hassle. Their food and food service was very substandard, which was a BIG misrepresentation, during their sales pitch. Much of it canned and always served on styrofoam with plastic utensils.
