Everyone here is super caring and supportive for our DAD. We appreciate everything they do here to make him feel cared for and at home. They welcomed his companion [name removed]. They are always available for questions and help whenever you need. Wish he could play bridge like he wanted but he appreciates the quality food and companionship.

The staff is very responsive and that makes me comfortable with my mother living at Arbor Terrace. I live out of state and I can rest knowing the staff is easily accessible and responds promptly to my concerns.

A lovely place. A lot of effort goes into building upkeep but memory care services suffer because there are not enough staff to work with and care for clients. The services staff are good but they need more just to do the things they are supposed to do.
No one wants to be in such a facility but if/when it becomes necessary, this facility is better than many I've heard of.
Staff friendliness, newer facility, friend was already there
The Bridges program appears to not have the staffing or the activities you would expect for a program that is intended to provide more support than the ASL program. The communication between staff and family is not scheduled but only on request. Hence little ability for the family to understand the staff concerns or the staff to understand family concerns regarding the bridges participant.

The medical care at HarborChase is top notch, everybody that works there is extremely friendly, kind and loving and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families who are searching for a place for their loved ones.
