The facility was very nice and seems to be a good fit for my stepmother. I am working with the representative to take the next steps.
Facity and staff were very nice. It was clean. Cafeteria had good food choices. It has amenities that we hope fit my parents' needs.

My father has been a resident at Arbor Terrace-Woodbridge for the past year and the caregivers here are incredibly compassionate and attentive to the needs of the patients. They go above and beyond expectations. He resided in both the Bridges Community and the Memory Care Community and both provided personalized, around-the-clock care for my dad. They significantly increases care costs while we were there, quality of care was hit or miss. Turnover was high so it felt very much like they were constantly getting to know my grandmother again and again. There were quite a few times while she was on hospice they never communicated properly with the hospice team about reordering meds so things took longer to come in. Very pleasant tour. Facility is one of 3 in the running for our family member. Additional costs for dining with our family member came as a surprise as those costs were included in the other facilities we toured.

Overall, the experience with the Arbor Terrace has been positive. We selected this location because of Bridges program and proximity to our house. The facilities are well maintained and staff is friendly.

There are no words to express how much the overall experience has been for my Mom at Arbor Terrace. She has been there almost 4 months and she is happy with all she has experienced. The people there are amazing, each person there is friendly, caring, supportive, and makes her feel welcome. They have so many fun activities and all are well done by the amazing event planner.
