I would like thank everyone that helped with the wonderful experience for myself and my friends visiting for lunch. They made a great experience and it meant everything to me for them to experience the new home I am in. I will never forget their hospitality. Thank everyone.
This is a good facility that provides caring and attentive support. Our experience during move-in was not as smooth as expected, and some onboarding items were delayed, which created a little confusion at first. However, once settled, communication improved and the quality of care has been very good. Overall, she is happy there, and we are pleased with the care she receives.

Rooms are clean and a decent size. Menu choices are also good. There have been some issues with staff following instructions, but we hope those are getting resolved now.

The facility was very nice and seems to be a good fit for my stepmother. I am working with the representative to take the next steps.
Facity and staff were very nice. It was clean. Cafeteria had good food choices. It has amenities that we hope fit my parents' needs.

My father has been a resident at Arbor Terrace-Woodbridge for the past year and the caregivers here are incredibly compassionate and attentive to the needs of the patients. They go above and beyond expectations. He resided in both the Bridges Community and the Memory Care Community and both provided personalized, around-the-clock care for my dad. They significantly increases care costs while we were there, quality of care was hit or miss. Turnover was high so it felt very much like they were constantly getting to know my grandmother again and again. There were quite a few times while she was on hospice they never communicated properly with the hospice team about reordering meds so things took longer to come in.
