Wonderful Staff and Property I currently live here and have had nothing but a great experience since moving in. Under new management for at least a year, Arbors has been slowing upgrading the community inside the apartments and outside, as well (our parking lots are being repaved as I type this). The staff is very helpful and maintenance requests have been responded to quickly. Arbors When we first moved in the apartment didn't have all the amenities we were told we would have other than that maintenance is good the apartment is clean and pool is nice
Apartment appeal with suburbia feel Great location for those looking to be close to the suburbs, yet have instant access to shops, restaurants and top notch schools.
ROACHES and Violence I don’t even know where to start. This is the nastiest place I’ve ever lived. Roaches in my clock stove the week of moving in and I’m a very clean person. Shootings, stabbings, yelling in the roads. Dog crap everywhere.. my boy even got sick from it. The office is rude and will ignore you. Please don’t even think about this place. The review they are posting is fake
Ignore the overall rating it’s fake I have lived here for almost 2 years now and everything is a fight to make it happen. Customer Service is non existent unless you have time to go spend an hour sitting in the front office. The extra fees are ridiculous considering half of the amenities are not usable. He is the business center that is never open and doesn’t even have a printer, the lackluster tennis court that is always covered in Dog poop, or the gym that might have 1 treadmill working at a time. Roaches It was fine for the first three months but noisy neighbors and a roach infestation that I’m skeptical maintenance ignored after they marked it complete even though no one showed up has left me frustrated more often than not with my apartment.
service is terrible!!!! I would NOT apply to live in this apartment complex EVER AGAIN!!!! Leasing office is terrible they do not care about your needs. Maintenance move on their own time, emergency or non-emergency they come when they want. If they ever come! You pay for trash pick up & you are only allowed to have a certain size bag put out whether or not big family or small. OVER ALL JUST TERRIBLE!!!
Not safe, high crimes and management doesn't care! Been here year and half. Had my windshield broke less 2 months in along with 8 other cars. 2 days ago my Cadillac converter cut out of my car and all the under carriage damage cost me $2,164.00 I called and reported to cops and also asked for the business office to rent one of the garages.
