My apartment is... (Verified Renter) My apartment is older and probably won't be updated as long as we remain there. It is a nice community and the landscaping is pretty but my apartment is dated looking. The monthly water and electric bill is high. It's not that I wouldn't recommend this complex but I think there are more updated/modern/energy efficient communities out there with just as many if not more amenities. Not recommended The new management company is real bad. These apartments are overpriced now. Also, the services are not good. The staff is rude.

They are what they say they are. I have been here for about 3 years and they are not like they say. The water and trash is not free it is $40 a month. It take for ever to get something fix. I only reason they I am still here is that the rent is better than some of the only place in the area>
