Much too expensive... (Verified Renter) Much too expensive for the old apartment I lived in. There was water damage behind our washer and we knew nothing about it until we moved.

Don't like the... (Verified Renter) Don't like the lawn maintenance blowing dust, grass all over my car. the rent goes up every leased period. senior Citizens who draw only SS can't afford to live here.

Rent continue to... (Verified Renter) Rent continue to increase, no concern or consideration about long term senior renters who only draw social security. Dog pooph is a little better. not a good place to stay. I am looking.

I have had... (Verified Renter) I have had little to no problems while living at the Arbors and find the neighborhood and staff very welcoming. The only major issue I have is with the neighbors in my building (Oaks 900) who consistently allow their dog(s) to urinate and defecate on the lawn or on or near the stairs and NEVER clean it up. It's been happening since we moved in (if not before) and besides being unsightly, messy, and a potential health hazard, it stinks. Frankly, I'm sick of it.

Shady residents selling drugs near the dog park on Monday mornings and an increase in yelling/fighting among new residents. I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely have to say that it being a secured gate community is a hit and miss as far as the gates only work about 40% of the time.
The complex seems... (Verified Renter) The complex seems like they love to nickle and dime residents for everything. I was told water, trash and sewage was included in the rent price but now I'm receiving a separate bill.
The grounds need... (Verified Renter) The grounds need raked more to much dried up needles some people don't pick up the pet wastes .. there should be managed bug sprays around the apt doors and on s monthly basis
