I've been having... (Verified Renter) I've been having trouble with people not communicating well with me which has been the problem through the whole process of moving in here. Malik was super helpful towards the end but the lack of communication throughout the entire front office astounds me.
Consistently inoperable gates... (Verified Renter) Consistently inoperable gates in a "gated" community create an atmosphere that welcomes drugs and illegal activity. During the year-and-a-half my wife and I have lived here, the gates have worked maybe half of the time. I'm sure they could be replaced with better-quality gates that work; if not, better to just totally remove them, and duly lower rent seeing Arbors would then be officially ungated, which essentially it already is half the time.
It took over... (Verified Renter) It took over 2 months to get my laundry door fixed. I called and entered the issue on the web portal. It was hard to reach office staff unless I got off of work early and went by the office. Overall. I enjoyed my stay there but the price was not reflective of what I received.
Be aware that... (Verified Renter) Be aware that there are a lot of extra fees that should be in rent quote . Rent will increase substantially

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a renovated apartment but it does feel like a lot of corners were cut during the renovation. ‘They slapped paint over a lot of things. Other things like my floor and ceiling look like they were a rushed job.

The on-site gym... (Verified Renter) The on-site gym isn’t maintained. The equipment is in need of repair, the area is not clean. The security gates operate sometimes,residents are careless with their pets at times( they don’t clean up after them.). Poor lighting in the bedrooms.
Not a "gated"... (Verified Renter) Not a "gated" community. Plenty of riffraff freely enter and leave without the need for gate passes.
We had a... (Verified Renter) We had a terrible move in experience, and the office personnel were extremely hard to get in touch with throughout our two years living there. The phones were never answered. This got a lot better in the last few months we were there.
