Verified Renter Nice location. Not too fancy but well kept with an excellent maintenance staff. Some questionable tenants, but I guess every place has those. Management can be a bit hit or miss on responding to some issues. Good option for the Glen Ellyn area.

Verified Renter The management is very attentive and caring. They are professional yet friendly. I feel like I am not just another renter to them, but someone they know and listen to. I also think that maintenance does a great job. The few times I have needed to have something fixed or maintained, it has been done well and efficiently; they are a good and courteous crew.

Great Great place for the price. Maintenance and property management is always very friendly when they see you. I personally had no maintenance requests needed during my 20 months here. Even towards the end of my lease they were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience!
