Please do not use this company. They gave me a FOUR HOUR window in which they were coming to move me and they showed up 3 hours LATER which then became moving at night...which i did not want to do I am going to notify the president of this company . They want to give me a $5 discount...i imagine they think i should be grateful! They can never buy back the TIME I LOST and making me move in the dark. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT GIVE PEOPLE A 'TIME FRAME" IF IT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

This review was written before we even arrived at the home of our customer. We never like to run late on a job. It does not happen very often, and it is sometimes out of our control. We absolutely do not ever have any intentions to ever cause a customer to be upset. We were running late, but we still have every intention to show up to move her. We moved last month and have used these movers 2 other times before and the movers didnt properly handle are 70" tv and they damaged it. It cant even be repaired. They broke the inside of the screen.We submitted a claim and they arent covering the tv because there isnt any physical damage and they dont cover electronics. We will never use them agsin

We never like to hear that a customer has damage. We did move this customer, and everything made it to her home with no damage. There was no visible damage on anything. We did end up receiving a call that the tv was damaged. We sent over a damage claim form, and asked for any pictures as well. Upon reviewing the pictures of the tv, we saw no visible damage at all on the tv. Not a scratch, nick nothing. We cannot determine what condition a tv is before we move it.
