We moved last month and have used these movers 2 other times before and the movers didnt properly handle are 70" tv and they damaged it. It cant even be repaired. They broke the inside of the screen.We submitted a claim and they arent covering the tv because there isnt any physical damage and they dont cover electronics. We will never use them agsin

We never like to hear that a customer has damage. We did move this customer, and everything made it to her home with no damage. There was no visible damage on anything. We did end up receiving a call that the tv was damaged. We sent over a damage claim form, and asked for any pictures as well. Upon reviewing the pictures of the tv, we saw no visible damage at all on the tv. Not a scratch, nick nothing. We cannot determine what condition a tv is before we move it.
