My entire experience with Arizona Pool & Spa was a positive one. Don answered all my questions and offered sound advice. His easy manner and friendliness put me at ease immediately. He explained the entire process and what to expect. His crews were very efficient and cleaned up after each phase . My patio and pool look amazing! The transformation was unbelievable. It was refreshing working with something who doesn't believe in high pressure sale tactics.
AZ Pool kept us updated throughout the project and ensured we understood the requirements for the pool after the work was completed.

We love our newly pebbled pool and deck resurfacing. Don's team did a great job on time and on budget. We would recommend them in a heart beat. Don is a great person who instills confidence in the company's abilities immediately and follows through with perfection.
I had someone come out to help change our pool light after the pool was finished. His comment that this was a beautiful pool. They did a good job.

Nothing
Good job but lacking in communication. They were scheduled to come out on Friday, but didn't come until Saturday and no one called. Several other small things needed to be done and again there was poor communication. Overall the job was well done.
