They did a good job. Were a bit messy, and did not clean up 100 percent of their mess. Communication was lacking a bit when work was getting done and when we could expect the next steps to be completed.

Chipout crew was awesome. Communication and appointment times less than desireable. Price was very reasonable and in the end I was happy. My few issues...I was the one who noticed my old pool light was bad and when i asked them to install a new one I was told to get someone else because they didnt have an electrician? What pool remodel company can't put in a pool light? I also needed to have a new slab put under my pump and ask if they had someone who could also install a slab under my pump and was told again no not really. ... read more

We started the process before Labor Day so that we would have a little more swim season left when completed. After the pool was emptied and chipped out, we were told that there was a delay because all the suppliers for our 3 wok-pots had sold out the day before Tim went to get them. So, the pool sat empty and ugly for the next 3 weeks! Once the pots came in, the remodel was completed within the week. It was difficult communicating with some of the workers, since they spoke limited English. They left garbage in the yard, even after picking up the slurry.

We had our deck redone, as we had artificial grass, the crew worked with us very well and did a beautiful job. When the company sent in a clean up crew,they caused some minor damage and when I asked about it, was rudely told it was like that. Well,it wasn't,but we didn't take pictures before and after. So even though the crew did good,I would rate customer service pretty low and being pretty much called a liar won't get a recommendation.

I hired Arizona pool and spa to build a new pool. After finally getting things finished I have to say that this was torture in trying to get the Sales people / job forman to comunicate with you. My sales person and I got in to an argument where he insulted me several times and then quit leaving my pool build out to be completed by another person in the company. He at least picked up the ball and did a good job. I was always told contractors would show up but they never did and in the end waited a week for the plumber to fina... read more

The communication by Arizona Pool and Spa Renovations is Horrible! They would tell me they would be here one day and wouldn't show up. When I asked them if they were coming, I would get treated very rudely, "Look, we have 37 jobs going on right now, you are on the top of the list." Like it is my fault they were over booked!!! The work on the other hand is very good. If you can deal with horrible communication and even worse customer service, you will be satisfied with the quality of work. this project was a nightmare. the cap tile shown to me and chosen was not what they were installing. Rectified this problem. The Kool decking was badly chunked out from the way they removed the 34 year old tiles. I wanted the soft Pebble tec finish and what they call mini pebble is not the same. There are some small stones in it but it is primarily plaster and looks nothing like the Pebble tec brand. We paid way too much money for the product we received.
