Tim was very professional and knowledgable upon first meeting and estimate. He dilgently followed up with phone calls but was not pushy. The estimate was competitive with others, but Tim's personality and ability to make us feel "at ease" with this large project was the key reason why we chose AZ Pool and Spa. The sales person, Tim Phillips, was helpful and friendly and is a genuine person. The team that came in to do the work was dependable and worked very hard! They finished ahead of schedule and the pool and spa look amazing. We got mini pebble tech and new tile. I highly recommend this company!
I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Pool & Spa Renovations. When I met with Tim and for an estimate - he was knowledgeable and thorough in answering all my questions. We got such a good feeling about this company that we went with them to remove our old plaster and replace with pebble. My husband and I joked that there was no way that this pool project would go according to the schedule that Tim had laid out for us, but WE were WRONG. Schedule went exactly they way we were told. Great Job!
The finished product looks good. When the old decking was ground off too much debris was allowed to get into the pool. It was much more than my vacuum could clean up. Too many large chunks and long pieces that stopped the vacuum. Tim offered to send out a cleaning crew after I had spent the weekend picking up the bigger pieces and restarting the vacuum. He gave me a discount for my efforts.
