Loved them. Especially compared to another hospital I went to. We went in with a really big hanging cut so we were seen right away. Saw Dr Luchetti and I wish I knew her asistant name, :(, I really loved her asistant too. White skin, brown hair, low pony tail, glasses. Anyways they cared about animals, reception was great, I was Givin options, was kept in the loop, all instructions and what they did were clear. Thanks!
I highly recommend the vets and staff at Blue Pearl! Back in December, my dog had an emergency with an auto immune illness. She required a blood transfusion. The care she received was absolutely top notch and with meds, she started to get back to normal. Unfortunately, last week, she became extremely ill again and we had to make the decision to let her go. When I walked in the door with my dog, the receptionist immediately recognized her! Went there under the guise that they accepted certain payment methods after visiting anotheremergency vet that morning and because my puppy managed to get some new vaccine resistant supper strain of parvo, they made us wait in the car (with outside temperature almost 100⁰ that day for 3 HOURS just to be told we had to take him somewhere else!
