I have had to take multiple animals here over the last few years and I really wanted to just show them some extreme gratitude. We found a badly dehydrated and sick kitten last night and we were afraid he wasn’t even going to make it to the hospital. They took him right in and reassured us that they were going to do everything they can to nurse him back to health. It’s heartwarming how committed they are to helping the animals in our community out of the goodness of their hearts. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Our epileptic Puggle Nibbler was taken to AVECCC yesterday after suffering a few breakthrough seizures. The staff and vets were amazing. He had to be emitted overnight for observation and they sent me pictures and updates to let me know he was doing okay. I’m so grateful that our Nibbler is still with us and the staff at AVECCC took such good care of him. Thank you so much❤️

We took our brand new puppy there Thursday night as he was limping more and more and became lethargic. They took amazing care of him in the middle of the night and even took the time to call the previous emergency vet we went to and determine that the original X-ray was not read at the previous vet and our puppy had a broken leg. They explain everything so well and took amazing care of it! If we ever have another emergency we will definitely be using AVECCC

A few days ago, I took my ill kitty, Malachite, in with a fever of 105°. I’m a young cat owner, so I was scared. The staff was, beyond words, empathetic to my financial situation. I was honest with them; and in return, they were open and honest with me. They never hid costs, told me how much everything was going to be. They kept me updated on her condition via phone call. We brought Oliver into AVECCC in really rough shape. He had an emergency surgery at a different hospital to remove an intestinal blockage that failed and he went septic. The team at AVECCC pulled him through his second, riskier surgery, and then a myriad of post-op complications due to the sepsis and GI trauma. We ended up spending about three weeks in and out of the hospital, and every interaction we had with the staff was stellar.
