Exceptional care. My very healthy dog fell very sick and was emergent... EVERY Dr, Surgeon, Tech, Staff, etc, absolutely the best most exceptional care teams. They not only saved her but they kept me sane.... even when I was losing it and terrified. Dr Falcone is amazing, Erin, Stacey, Dr Lozano, etc.... so so so grateful this pet critical care pet hospital is so close to home. THANK YOU for saving and loving on my sweet and sassy girl.

The staff at this care center was absolutely amazing when I had to rush my fur baby there late, one Sunday night in July. They were very calming, and treated my dog like he had been there many times before. The next morning, when I went to our regular vet's office, his paperwork from AVECCC has already been transmitted. Thank you all so much for the excellent care, kindness, and professionalism.

My chihuahua was attacked by a pit mix and took her directly here and wonderful care and treatment along with calming my nerves with what happened to my baby. I cannot say enough about this place and highly recommend

I was so pleased with the care that I received, not once, but twice. My Joy got a bone stuck on her lower jaw twice. The first time I was very scared and nervous and she was taken back and back out as normal in the lobby 5 minutes later. When I let it happen again, I was in a total stomach ache panic. My poor Girl was in a mess again. So, back I went and it took a little bit longer, but, out comes my Joy again, free of the bone. The vet and staff were not robotic, they actually showed compassion. Let you take your time with being a big cry baby. Let you go in the back to visit your pet and didnt rush you. Very personable and took that extra minute to show interest and be kind. I left with my best traveling buddy. Thank you.
