This was my second time working with Aryan and his brother. My cousin had referred them to me for my home purchase, we had an opportunity to save money so they reach out again for a refinance. Love these guys! I've used them twice now--once to buy my first home, and a second time recently to refinance my mortgage. They were originally recommended to me by my real estate agent when a big bank completely crapped out on my appraisal. Just did a refi with Aryan and Arshia and he always makes the process so easy! Also he always looks at rates daily and automatically informs you about better rates to ensure you get the best rate possible. Definitely goes above and beyond. I wouldn't go anywhere else - use them! Highly recommend!
Transparent, fast, easy, and more knowledgable than most people in the Los Angeles space. You're only hurting yourself by passing up on these guys. They also lowered my interest rate more than literally every other bank, without me telling them to. Best in LA, prove me wrong.
