Update: 02-07-19, Just closed on 3rd investment property in less than a year, and all 3 done by Aryan. I'm very grateful for the service he's been giving me. Thank you Aryan! Aryan is the best, they put in the work up front (even months in advance) to make sure you won't have any surprises after your pre-approval. I am the owner of a small business, sometimes my record keeping isn't the best, and I have multiple other properties that needed accounted for. It was about as complicated a file as you could throw at them - they closed it in 20 days and could have closed it even faster. My husband and I were homeowners that got caught in the 2008 housing crisis. Oh. Em. Gee. I was hella terrified to buy a house but my good friend Arian held my hand through the whole process and put all of my concerns to rest. Arian was available day and night to answer any and all questions that my wife an I had. No, literally. We called them at one in the morning in panic looking for answers and Arian happily answered his phone and immediately put me at ease. 15/10 would recommend.
