Aryan is the best, they put in the work up front (even months in advance) to make sure you won't have any surprises after your pre-approval. I am the owner of a small business, sometimes my record keeping isn't the best, and I have multiple other properties that needed accounted for. Oh. Em. Gee. I was hella terrified to buy a house but my good friend Arian held my hand through the whole process and put all of my concerns to rest. Arian was available day and night to answer any and all questions that my wife an I had. No, literally. We called them at one in the morning in panic looking for answers and Arian happily answered his phone and immediately put me at ease. 15/10 would recommend.
Aryan and his brother were wonderful to work with. Explained every process step by step. Answered every question so that I always felt good about what was going on and thoroughly understood the processes. Both kept me in the loop and updated as we passed each milestone.
Aryan and his brother made the whole process of financing our first home an absolute pleasure.
