Aryan and his brother at Brothers M rescued us when our previous loan fell through at the last moment. Once he came on board we managed to save the deal and close very quickly to get our first house. We recently closed escrow on our new home and we couldn't be any happier. Though it took longer (roughly 3 months), because it needed to go through a Heggstad Petition (seller's issue) , Aryan and his brother made the process easy for us. These guys are great! Thank God for my agent who introduced me to these two brothers. They honestly held my hand the entire way of the process! Originally, I just went to them to see what were the steps that I needed to do in order to qualify for a loan.
