Aryan is the best, they put in the work up front (even months in advance) to make sure you won't have any surprises after your pre-approval. I am the owner of a small business, sometimes my record keeping isn't the best, and I have multiple other properties that needed accounted for. It was about as complicated a file as you could throw at them - they closed it in 20 days and could have closed it even faster.
