I have always hated the financing of a property process. It is always mired with pitfalls and surprises and takes for ever. Aryan and Brothers M made it as painless as possible. I just closed on a second investment property in 45 days, both done by Aryan. I have never been able to get financing this quick. I’ve had the greatest experience working with Aryan and his brother. Buying a house is stressful enough but Aryan and his brother made the process easy for me. I had another lender that kept asking me for the same financial information over and over and he wanted 12 months of everything he was asking for. I was in escrow for 45 days with that lender and no closing.
