We moved from another state and looked around to find a bank here in Muscatine Iowa. Ascentra Credit Union was a great choice. The female teller I had was very friendly And efficient with the transaction. I did have two small questions that I did ask her during the transaction and she answered my questions immediately.. nothing but good things to say about this employee, I have interacted with her at the drive-through window as well, and she was just as consistent there as she was at the front counter.Â
