I have always loved this store and company and unfortunately I can see how it can be difficult to please everyone! Policy exist for a reason! I have had the inspection warranty and traded it in and got the new warranty. Very thankful for the change in that.

Wonderful customer service. I have received a very special diamond and took to Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers to help find a setting. The service I received from Cara was amazing, she even followed up to make sure I was happy with my new ring. I will continue to shop at this location in the future. Thank you.

I recently purchased a necklace from this location. The customer service was outstanding! If you want quality jewelry at an affordable price, this is where you want to shop. I can't imagine going to any other jewelry store after the experience I had at Ashcroft & Oak in Polaris. Any future jewelry purchases will be made here.

This place holds a special place in my heart and the customer service was over the top amazing. We had a short amount of time to find the perfect rings for our wedding and Cara was beyond perfect for the job. She found us both exactly what we wanted when we weren't even sure what we wanted. She also found me a very unique insert for my ring to match my husbands ring. This is awful service and quality of product. I would not recommend them they did not respond to our calls and emails. Stay away

*** ATTENTION - Ashcroft & Oak sells COSTUME JEWELRY *** Purchased a ring (luckily with the warranty) almost a year ago, and it has fallen apart twice now. When I asked about it, they told me that’s what happens if it’s worn. Obviously, Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers sells costume jewelry.
