RecommendedI have always loved this store and company and unfortunately I can see how it can be difficult to please everyone! Policy exist for a reason! I have had the inspection warranty and traded it in and got the new warranty. Very thankful for the change in that.

I recently purchased a necklace from this location. The customer service was outstanding! If you want quality jewelry at an affordable price, this is where you want to shop. I can't imagine going to any other jewelry store after the experience I had at Ashcroft & Oak in Polaris. Any future jewelry purchases will be made here.
This place holds a special place in my heart and the customer service was over the top amazing. We had a short amount of time to find the perfect rings for our wedding and Cara was beyond perfect for the job. She found us both exactly what we wanted when we weren't even sure what we wanted.
