Wonderful customer service. I have received a very special diamond and took to Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers to help find a setting. I recently purchased a necklace from this location. The customer service was outstanding! If you want quality jewelry at an affordable price, this is where you want to shop. I can't imagine going to any other jewelry store after the experience I had at Ashcroft & Oak in Polaris. Any future jewelry purchases will be made here.

This place holds a special place in my heart and the customer service was over the top amazing. We had a short amount of time to find the perfect rings for our wedding and Cara was beyond perfect for the job. She found us both exactly what we wanted when we weren't even sure what we wanted. She also found me a very unique insert for my ring to match my husbands ring. Perfect Christmas 2004 my boyfriend Matt bought me the most beautful ring from Ashcroft and Oak. It was perfect, and you can just tell by looking at it that the quality is amazing. It was a great Christmas! If there are any guys out there looking to buy some nice jewelery for their sweethearts, I highy recommend them.
