I have heard disappointing feedback from some of your costumers. Very poor costumer service and lack of willingness to work with costumers to solve problems that arise.
Very disappointed in this companies lack of customer care. From one company owner to another, I would expect more from a family owned business. I will not purchase here and I will spread the word on their poor service after the sale.

My solitaire diamond, purchased from this location, recently fell out of my setting. I have diligently had my ring inspected every six months since 2008 and even had it dipped and fully reset twice since. I called the store to ask if the replacement policy could be honored even though i was a mere two months late on my inspection. Terrance was very understanding and tried to do what he could to get my stone replaced.
